Open Source SCA Implementation::Embedded (OSSIE) SDR software based on the Software Communications Architecture (SCA)

• OSSIE includes GUI-based rapid prototyping tools for developing waveform applications and signal processing components.
• Follow "Get Started" link to user guide, labs (see below), source code, live DVDs, and VMware images.

Free SDR Lab Exercises

• OSSIE labs: These self-paced labs introduce SDR and SCA concepts through use of the OSSIE framework and rapid development tools. Students learn to develop signal processing components and waveform applications including an AM receiver that uses the Ettus Research USRP (USRP-1). Distributed waveforms are also introduced.
